· To verify card payments and process refunds – banks, credit card companies and other payment providers;
· To deliver products and process returns – delivery and courier companies;
· To organise events – any applicable third party hosting the event and third-party ticketing companies such as Eventbrite.
(d) The legal basis for collecting and using your personal information in this way is that it is necessary for us to use your personal information to perform our obligations in accordance with any contract that we may have with you for the supply of goods and services.

(f) We will not transfer your data to countries outside of the EU and we will never “sell” your data to a third party.
7. How do we protect data?
(a) We take the security of your data seriously. We have internal policies and controls in place to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by our employees in the performance of their duties.
(b) Where we engage third parties to process personal data on our behalf, they do so on the basis of clear instructions, are under a duty of confidentiality and are obliged to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of data.
8. For how long do we keep your data?
(a) Where we are holding your data for the fulfilment of products and events, we will hold your personal data for a period of 12 months following your purchase or attendance at an event, after which it will be deleted.
(b) Where we are holding your data for customer support purposes, we will hold your personal data for a period of 12 months following your purchase or the resolution of your enquiry / complaint, after which it will be deleted.
(c) Where we are holding your data for email marketing communications, we will hold your personal data permanently unless you unsubscribe from our communications. In which case we will delete your details.
9. Your rights
(a) As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:
· access and obtain a copy of your data on request;
· require us to change incorrect or incomplete data;
· require us to delete or stop processing your data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing;
· object to the processing of your data where we are relying on our legitimate interests as the legal ground for processing; and
· ask us to stop processing data for a period if data is inaccurate or there is a dispute about whether or not your interests override our legitimate grounds for processing data.
